The inspection can take 2-4 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home. Ideally, you accompany your inspector during the inspection so you can ask questions and have visual reinforcement of the written report.

We take our inspections seriously. Every inspection is a complete and thorough analysis of all the home’s major systems and components. Your inspection report includes a clear description of the conditions we observed, explaining any areas of concern and potential recommendations. We will electronically deliver the report within 24 hours following the inspection. Our inspectors are available for questions after the inspection.
