My realtors, Tom and Katie Westhora from Top Idaho Homes, highly recommended Bent Nail Inspections for the inspection of a house I just purchased in Star, Idaho. They were very responsive and were available to come out the next morning for an inspection at the last minute which was really convenient. The app and website made it very convenient to sign and pay online. Chris thoroughly inspected the house for almost three hours and then gave me the opportunity to meet on site and walk through the house with him at the completion of his inspection. Chris was awesome, stellar and very personable! He pointed out things, provided by his expertise, about any issues or modifications and he took his time with me and my realtor. Chris promised the written report the next day, but low and behold he provided me a comprehensive and nicely written report the same evening with photos attached.
