On the advice of our realtor, we hired Davin Strand to inspect our newly built home. We were surprised to find not only major plumbing problems but several other smaller issues we would never have noticed on our own. Thanks to the pre-purchase inspection, all problem areas were addressed BEFORE we moved which saved us, and our builder, valuable time and energy. Davin’s re-inspection made us feel even more confident that our dream home would not become a nightmare, that inspection was priceless!

Before our 1 year builder’s warrant y was up, my wife and I hired Davin Strand to inspect our home.
Where as he did not find any major problems, Davin did point out a handful of issues to be addresses — and they did get addressed by our builder. It was actually nice for our builder to see Davin’s report — he was impressed and used it (like a blueprint) to fix the problems.
