We were on a home inspection in Meridian today…a very nice home, the builder in my opinion did a very good job. Not to many issues on the home until I went into the crawl space and found the main plumbing line into the home was leaking fairly significantly. There was 2 to 3 inches of water in this area of the crawl space.

Without an inspection this could have turned into a very big and costly issue if not caught.
