Davin, Just wanted to say Thank you for a very informative inspection. Unknowingly we would have overlooked the majority of the repairs needed for this little house. We will get them fixed thus avoiding more costly repairs in the future. Thanks for working with us on short notice also.

No Insulation Found in Attic on This Middleton Home Inspection

Home built in 2006 did not have insulation found the the upper attic. So when your hesitant on getting a home inspection on new construction homes, remember this. All my not be right.
