Meridian Home Inspection Client Says “Thank You”

We received a friendly reminder in the mail from Bent Nail Inspections that our Builders Warranty was about to expire on our new home.

My wife and I decided to contact Davin for a final inspection. I didn’t believe he would find much because our initial presale inspector found very little. Wow, were we wrong! Davin really took his time and went over everything, even if it wasn’t necessarily part of the official home inspection.

Davin was very prompt in getting the report to us so we could have the contractor correct these problems. We were very happy with Davin’s inspection and follow-up and would highly recommend Bent Nail Inspections to anyone planning on buying a home.
