I cannot thank you enough for the hard work and thouroughness in the inspection you completed for me. This was my first home buying experience and as I compare my inspection experience with others your services far exceed others’ stories. The amount of pictures and description that you gave to me in person and via the partial and completed inspection report you sent me was greatly appreciated. You not only pointed out the areas of concern or what needed to be fixed but visually showed me in person and via photos so that I may be able to find and fix the troublespots with relative ease once I am in my house. If I ever make any other purchasing decisions Bent Nail Inspections will be the business I call.
