Before our 1 year builder’s warrant y was up, my wife and I hired Davin Strand to inspect our home.

Where as he did not find any major problems, Davin did point out a handful of issues to be addresses — and they did get addressed by our builder. It was actually nice for our builder to see Davin’s report — he was impressed and used it (like a blueprint) to fix the problems.

Please note: Davin is very professional, on time with his reports and extremely helpful. We appreciate your knowledge and help!
