Davin was very upfront and honest about everything he saw, and showed me everything in great detail to help me understand what i needed to do. The home inspection report was thorough and straight to the points with what needed to be fixed. Done fast and efficiently. Great job.

My home inspection experience with Davin Strand of Boise was very pleasant, stress free, and very informative. He was very polite, and professional in every way, and went above and beyond to accomplish his work.
He was very punctual, (arrived early) and made every minute count from the moment he pulled up at the curb.
The Property Report Binder is priceless! It’s so great to have colored pictures with explanations, and advice in such detail!
I’ll have it for as long as I own my home, to use as a reference, and proof of the condition of the home at time of purchase, and that the recommended repairs were done, and can pass it on to the new home owner, should I sell it.
My son recommended him to me, because he was so impressed when Davin did his home inspection. I was very impressed.
I will certainly recommend him to others!
