Since, currently, my husband is in Alaska selling a home and I reside in Oregon, buying a home in a third state can be a bit stressful. We are not done with you, Davin. After reviewing your report and summary, we addressed your “repair and issues of concern” to the sellers and made those our contingencies to continue with the purchase of the house. We will need for you to re-inspect and ensure for us that all of these have been adequately repaired, replaced and otherwise leaving no items in question.
